The invention of the computer happened

A computer A computer is a device that receives information in a digital form, and then performs operations on it and modifies it; To give specific results, and these operations depend on a set of commands, determining how to process this information. The term computer was given to people who perform calculations using mechanical calculators, after which the same term was applied to a mechanical device that does the same work. There are many types of computers in general, some of which are placed on the desktop, some of which are portable such as laptops, in addition to tablets and smart phones

History of the computer Charles Babbage, the first to invent the computer, Charles Babbage can be considered the first to invent a computer that works automatically, and that was in 1822 AD, where he developed and manufactured an engine capable of doing many arithmetic operations on numbers and then printing the results on paper, and it helped him In that, Ada Lovelace, who was considered by many to be the first computer programmer, but Charles Babbage was not able to completely finish the machine, due to lack of financial resources. In 1837, Babbage presented the first mechanical computer for public use, and it was called the Analytical Engine The machine included a computation and logic unit, a flow controller, and a memory, in addition to supporting the punched cards, but Babbage was also unable to complete the machine; Due to lack of financial resources, but in 1910, his younger son Henry Babbage completed part of the machine; She was able to perform basic arithmetic operations

The first programmable computer in the period between 1936-1938 AD, the German Konrad Zeus invented the first programmable electromechanical computer that relies on binary counting, and it was called the Zion One, and in the same period, Allen Turing introduced the Turing machine, which is a machine that was able to print Symbols are on paper in a way that is more like being a human being who performs a set of logical operations, and this machine is considered the birthplace of computing and computer theories in general. In 1942, Professor John Atanasoff and his student Cliff Perry invented the ABC electrical computer, which was able to perform arithmetic operations on numbers that depend on the binary system, in addition to Boolean logic operations, and this device lacked a central processing unit, which made it incapable of Programmable.

The first personal computer In 1964, Douglas Engelbart presented a model of a computer, including a mouse and a pictorial user interface, and this was a turning point in the field of using computers, so that they could be used by the general public to carry out basic tasks. In 1971, Intel announced the first microprocessor, and it was called Intel, and in the same year, the first personal computer was released, called Kinback 1, and its price was $ 750 at the time. In 1976, Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak of Apple released the first computer for the company, and it was called Apple One, and in 1981, IBM released the first computer for personal use, and it worked on the Microsoft DOS operating system, and in 1985, it announced Microsoft announced the Windows operating system, and in 2001, Apple announced the Mac operating system, and in the same year, Microsoft released a Windows XP version of the Windows operating system series.
